1. Delivery and Shipping Details

1. After the invoice has been finalized and payment has been made, we will contact the customer directly through email or phone call to arrange the delivery of the order. Customer has also the option to collect the goods from the physical store.

2. Delivery and shipping of the goods will only proceed after the payment has been done or as agreed.

3. Free Delivery within the United Arab Emirates (for orders above AED500).

Note: Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. We offer you a 10-day return policy. If you are not happy with any product or if there is a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.

2. All you need to do is contact our customer service team at or call us on +971 588053375 to initiate the process.

3. Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue either store credit (valid for 6 months) or settlement in the same form of payment used for purchase. 

4. Original copy of invoice will be required for submission.

Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully:

  • An item may only be returned within 10 days from the date you receive your product.

  • It must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels.

  • We do not offer direct exchange of any product. In such scenarios, your existing order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order. You can also use the credit note to make the new purchase.
